We warmly welcome you to the online home of Lacemoat Bengal Cats (aka Claire & Matt Workman), formed in early 2010 after acquiring our first Bengal in the shape of Benezhar Hello Joe. We have owned cats for just under 14years from Persian's to rescue moggies and now the beautiful Bengal's!
It was not our intention to breed at first, but when you've owned a Bengal you will know how addictive and simply amazing they are, in our opinion no other cat even comes close. We wanted to be part of this breed from the get go and were smitten so 6 months after Joe came into our lives we purchased our first breeding Queen in the form of the most beautiful Benezhar Dancing Queen aka Poppy. 

Our first litter came along in April 2011 after much research, sourcing out the best possible studs that were available to use - we have the fantastic Typha-Typhast cattery to thank and of course Benezhar Bengals for the foundation of our lines. Merging wonderful type and well established pedigree's with amazing temperaments and stunning looks we hope to establish our lines giving our kitten owners many many years of happiness along with improving all the time generation by generation.
Here at Lacemoat we are not a large mainstream cattery, we produce 1-2 litters per year which we put all of our time and love into and giving our kittens the best possible start in life. Throughout the pages of our website you will find lots of information about us, our cats, health, photos and of course our kittens, we do hope you enjoy your visit.
